I DID IT! I submitted an exhibit to Nuit Rose 2017, answering the Question: “What Lies Between Venus and Mars?” My submission secured a winning space in The Nuit Rose festival.
ONE will be OPENING on WED. 8PM June 14, 2017
LOCATION: Daniel Spectrum, 585 Dundas Street East, Toronto
HOURS:: THURS – FRI: 8 AM – 9 PM, SAT – SUN: 10 AM – 6 PM
Synopsis
This Installation of photographic imagery are tiny ‘Flash Cards’ intended to evoke memory, reminding us of universal truth & possibility. Tiny sign posts, beacons of hope calling us back from a sleepy abyss to remember ONE LOVE, ONE FAMILY, ONE DREAM, ONE HOME. This is ONE. The rainbow colored wooden block reveal inclusion with LGBTQ community.

Nuit Rose takes place in both indoor and outdoor spaces in two Toronto neighbourhoods: West Queen West (West Zone) and the Church-Wellesley Village (East Zone). Both of these neighbourhoods have rich and diverse activist, visual art, and cultural history.
