Manor House will consist of 225 two-and three bedroom, loose standing simplex units with enclosed gardens.

All units are fitted with a gas hob, beautiful kitchen cupboards with Eezi Quarts tops, vanity cupboards in the bathrooms, showers in every bathroom, baths in single bathrooms as well as in every second bathroom, a separate linen cupboard, and ample bedroom cupboards.

The facility centre is in the process of being built and the building will be finished during 2025. The facility centre will consist of a hairdresser, dining room, kitchen, administrative offices, and a medical facility with approximately 20 beds.

TO RENT AND/OR TO BUY:

Units are being rented out but will also be for sale during 2025. At this stage we are busy in Phase 2 with rentals and will move to phases 3 and 4 during 2025. As far as commercial properties are concerned, The Wilds Shopping Centre is also under construction and will open in due time.
